The Merchant Pub
At the heart of The Merchant is the Pub. A flexible space centred around the main bar + perfect for everything from casual get-togethers to corporate events. With a mix of seated and standing areas, six large TVs + the option to extend into The Lounge, it's a space that easily adapts to your event.
Seated 100 | Cocktail 200Our go-to function space + a favourite with guests, The Lounge strikes the perfect balance between private + social. Elevated above the main bar, it offers a dedicated area for your group while still soaking up the atmosphere.
Seated 40 | Cocktail 60Perfect for long lunches, family celebrations + corporate dinners, the Restaurant offers a warm, welcoming space with a more intimate feel. Filled with natural light by day + cosy by night, it opens onto the Eastern Terrace via large sliding doors, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow.
Seated 70 / 100If sunshine is on the guest list, this is the spot. Made for relaxed drinks, casual get-togethers +making the most of a beautiful day. Naturally divided into Eastern + Western sides by the venue entrance.
